Procedure Preparation Instructions
It is the process of adding length and/or volume to your natural lashes that can create a natural or dramatic look. There are many styles and different variations of applying the lash extensions, each can be customized per individual to achieve the perfect suited set and lifestyle. A consultation is done prior to each appointments to select which style, length, and volume is to be done.

LASH APPLICATION
Once we've decided on the style, we place eye pads to separate your bottom lashes from your top lashes. Your eyes will be closed and you will be laying still for the entire application process while we swift through your lashes separating each one of your lashes individually to attach an extension on to. During this time you can relax, nap, or listen to music to pass the time. It is a very calming and relaxing experience.

You will be provided with an aftercare care instructions to take home with you and can purchase our aftercare lash cleansing products to maintain your lashes.
Please arrive to your appointment makeup and oil free on your lashes and eyes.
Lash extensions can last up to 4-6 weeks before the extensions could completely fall out.
If you decide to maintain and upkeep the extensions classic and hybrid sets require fills every 2-3 weeks, volume sets require fills every 2-4 weeks.
Naturally every one of your lashes has a life cycle, it goes through phases/stages of growth and once it reaches its maximum growth stage it falls out while the new lash growth is coming in. Because of this, lash fills are required to get done regularly in maintaining the lash's fullness. During lash fills, the lash extensions are re-applied on to the new growth lashes and any outgrown lash extension is replaced as well.
This style is the process of adding multiple lash extensions on to one of your natural lashes, i.e. 2D is a ratio of 2:1, 3D is a ratio of 3:1, 4D is a ratio of 4:1, etc. Russian volume can go up to 15D (ratio of 15:1), it is the fullest set available.
2D or 3D volume is a suitable set for someone who wants a little drama to the eyes but not overly done, it is still perfect for a natural ever day look. 4D or above is a dramatic look, perfect for someone who loves drama to the eyes and a bold look - if you frequently wear strip lashes, this is the set for you.
Application time: Up to 2.5-3 hours

You have had a past allergic reaction to lash extensions. Unfortunately this does happen, and is the number one thing we need to know if you’re booking in for an appointment with us. If you’ve experienced any swelling, unusual amounts of redness to your eyelids or itchiness with past lash extensions, please let us know! Allergic reactions can be very uncomfortable, and usually worsen with repeated exposure. If you think you may be experiencing any symptoms of an allergic reaction, we’d strongly recommend that you visit a doctor or pharmacist as soon as you can.
Please note: all semi-permanent eyelash glues (the ones used to apply eyelash extensions – not stick-on, temporary false lashes) contain a key ingredient called cynoacrylate, which can be an allergen. Unfortunately, there is no glue that does not contain this product, and no ‘hypoallergenic’ glue for those who have had allergic reactions to the past. If there ever is, we will be the first to know about it.
You have any evidence of eye inflammation, a stye or an eye infection. Your eye area needs to be completely healthy for any treatments to be safely applied. Our stylists cannot work closely with any of these conditions for health and safety reasons, and any appointments should be delayed until all symptoms have ceased. We’d hate for you to be uncomfortable!
If you have had laser eye surgery in the past 3 months (a letter from a doctor is required)

When you have lash extensions it is normal to get build up on the lashes from your eyelid's natural oils, dust particles, makeup residue, etc. so it is extremely important to properly cleanse your lashes daily or every other day to maintain your lash's integrity and health - this also helps increase its longevity and avoids damage to the lashes, also making it easier for both you and the technician to work on your lashes.
It is normal to for your lash extensions to fall out with your natural lashes, this is called shedding.
